JCB, the trading name of J.C. Bamford Excavators Limited, is a machinery manufacturer based at Rocester, Staffordshire. The company says it has made farm equipment since 1945, when Joseph Cyril Bamford built his first agricultural tipping trailer, and that it now has 22 plants on four continents and more than 750 dealers around the world.

For agriculture it lists Fastrac tractors, built at JCB Landpower since 1991, along with telescopic handlers, telescopic loaders, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, compact track loaders and dumpsters. It describes the Fastrac 4000 and 8000 Series as high-speed tractors with front and rear suspension and ISOBUS compatibility. JCB also supplies parts and service, including machine health checks and a refurbishment programme, and offers finance to UK business users through JCB Finance.
