  • Specific knowledge: data you hold, a decision you made, a method you tested.
  • Primary sources for every factual claim, listed at the end of the piece.
  • 800 to 1,500 words in plain British English.

What we do not take

  • Pieces that promote your own product or client.
  • Paid placements or links.
  • Text published elsewhere.

Contributors are named on their pieces. Every piece is edited, and the desk may decline a pitch.
