Garuda Aerospace Limited, formerly Garuda Aerospace Private Limited, is a drone company with its registered office in Alwarpet, Chennai. The company says it designs, develops, manufactures and deploys drones, and combines drone manufacturing, drone-as-a-service (DaaS) and remote pilot training, working across agriculture, defence, infrastructure, mining and disaster management.
For agriculture it lists the Agri Kisan Drone range for precision spraying, and DaaS work covering precision spraying, crop health monitoring, soil mapping, seed spreading and pest and disease detection, which customers can use without owning drone hardware. It runs a remote pilot training organisation that it says is approved by India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The company says it has worked on projects with government agencies, public sector undertakings and private sector clients in India.
