Fasal is the brand of Wolkus Technology Solutions Private Limited, which has its corporate office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, and its registered office in Lucknow. The company says it was established in 2018 to supply soil moisture sensing, crop models and crop-stage recommendations delivered to farmers through a mobile app.
Its products include the FasalJet irrigation automation system, the FasalJet Pro irrigation and fertigation automation system, the Main Unit, which provides disease, pest, spray and irrigation advisories in the app, and the Soil Moisture Unit. The company says it also supplies soil temperature sensors and weather stations, works with farmers in more than 13 states over more than 75,000 acres, and holds three patents covering soil sensing, atmospheric monitoring and soil water potential measurement.
