According to sources, the government can release the next installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan) anytime now. The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi released the seventh installment of PM Kisan Yojana on 25th December 2020.
Generally, the timeline of the PM Kisan scheme is as follows:
- First Installment: April 1 and July 31
- Second instalment: August 1 to November 30
- Third Installment: December 1 to March 31
However, it is significant to note for the farmers if they are still a beneficiary of the scheme.
Steps to check the name in the list is as follows:
- visit the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi i.e. pmkisan.gov.in.
- Then search for Farmers Corner in the home page.
- After that click on the option, that says Beneficiary List.
- After clicking on the Beneficiary List a new page will open.
- Here you have to enter your state, district, sub-district, block and village etc. Then click on Get Report. T
- The entire list will appear on the screen.

Steps to check the PM Yojana Status :
- Visit the official website of PM Kisan
- Click on’Beneficiary Status’ at ‘Farmers Corner’ option.
- Now select either Aadhaar number, bank account number or mobile number from options given. And fill the details.
- Then click on ‘Get Data’ to get all the details of your transactions or payments.

Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the central government provides Rs 6,000 annually to the farmers. The government transfers this money directly into the accounts of the farmers. The government sends this money directly to farmers account in three installments of Rs. 2000 each. About 11.74 crore farmers in the country are waiting for the eighth installment.
