Total units sold in the first half of the financial year, i.e., April to September 2020, have been 63,561 units, which is the highest ever sale for the company in any half-year.
Implements sold during this half-year stands at 26,530 units, which is more than the entire financial year of 2019-20.
Raman Mittal, executive director of the Sonalika group, said, “We at Sonalika have registered 17,704 overall tractor sales in September 2020, breaking all our previous monthly records and marking the highest-ever sales in a month.”
Mittal believes the next-gen products – Tiger, Sikander DLX, Mahabali, and Chhatrapati – that the firm has launched have positively contributed to many sales even during the pandemic.
Mittal also added that they are very optimistic about the upcoming festive seasons, and they firmly believe that the farmer’s sentiments would align with their next-gen products.
